I received a flyer from this facility, it was marketing materials. I am new to the area, and needing to establish care with specific pressing issues. I called to make an appointment with one of the 2 providers featured on the flyer. I was able to get an appointment scheduled, but it was almost 3 weeks out. If I could give a zero rating I would. I am traveling from out of state and needed a new mask. I called the HealthPartners customer service line and told them what I needed. I was told to go to the Stillwater MN clinic and they had the mask in stock. I was told I could self pay for the item. Nicole assured me I could buy the mask at the clinic. My family and I have been going here for over 5 years now and today when I went to pick up my medication I saw nurses and assistants on the side of the road protesting. These are people who have always treated me and my family with kindness, understanding, and amazing care. Just to find out they are being underpaid and losing benefits they deserve as union workers. If I could give this guy a zero star I would. I was diagnosed with a collapsed hip. I was unfortunately referred to Michael Reich. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had by a doctor. I'm not being hyperbolic. He had his assistant ask me some questions which I told the truth about. I don't do drugs but I do drink around 12 beers over the weekends 3 days during football season.
