Usually a good place, but several GLARING holes in their healthcare. When a prescription gets refilled, it gets a new number and gets sent to a pharmacy. If the insurance company decides its too soon to refill, your prescription just goes away, and NO ONE will help you resolve this without a major in-person confrontation. You could have been out of your prescription for days or weeks, and this clinic does not care; at that point they regard you as a nuisance. NO ONE will respond to online messages. I'd had a previous extraction and consult with a provider there who understands conservative dentistry. During the pandemic my HealthPartners dental clinic was closed, then reopened without my dentist--and I was told the wait to get on the census was 6 months. If you're a Medicaid recipient, you'll get that stiff-arm nearly everywhere you go. (Medicaid-enrolled clinics are only required to keep 10% of their capacity for Medicaid patients.)
