I wish I could leave zero stars. I don't usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to warn others NOT to fill out the weight issues questionnaire. The questions were things like: do you eat even when you feel full, do you each when you are tired or feeling emotional, etc. I can't imagine anyone overweight not answering yes to these. On the video appt, the dr, repeated my answers back to me, ignored me when I said that it was hard to fill out the questionnaire because the truth is that I do sometimes but not always. Such helpful staff at this clinic! I have recently had to go in twice in the past month or so, and each time the staff are kind and helpful. I understand that most urgent care facilities can fill up fast with long wait time, I advise to those needing to go, go first thing in the morning and you are in and out fast.
