Try to place a simple call to check with same-day surgery for lost and found items and when attempting to call the number the receptionist ended my call or kept me in the phone loop for several minutes and then ended my call each time when I asked that she please route me to the appropriate place when she initially sent me to Benefits! She quickly identified my number in each time. I called in, chose to absolutely not service my request. This is terrible customer service for your Health Partners customer!!
