We travel an hour to this practice, because the level of care our children receive is 100% worth the drive time. We normally see Dr. Wilson. We feel like we really struck gold when we found him! He is kind, patient and really takes the time to listen to us. I never feel rushed or unheard. We are really really thankful to have found this practice. Our kids have been patients here since the practice opened. The doctors and care team here are great. The billing side of this practice is possibly the most incompetent team I’ve ever dealt with. It’s totally outsourced, so if you call the practice they can’t help with billing and give a Detroit, MI number to call. That always goes to voicemail and the person never returns calls. They won’t reliably send bills when an amount is due even after providing email and text contact methods multiple times, so you’ll see weird things... read more
