the GP seems doesn't have much experience and the front desk staff is really rude, they even very rude on the phone and seems to be very rush. no proper manners. i think the doctors are more than 100 times polite to the patient than the receptionists at this medical centre!! I am very disappointed with the doctor in medicetral, after my injection, I was informed to sit outside the hallway for 15mins, my baby was a little bored and he had made some noise, one male doctor asked me to sit somewhere else with my baby, cause I was disturbing other doctors. what a brilliant doctor.
Great service from the front desk, the GP Dr Yan Dan Goh and also the blood test worker. Thanks and i'll be a long term happy patient.
Average service from front desk, but always very happy with Dr Yan Dan Goh, the best GP we've ever seen!!!
