I strongly do not recommend Dr. Nam Eun Kim. I found her to be insincere, disrespectful, and unprofessional, both as a person and as a doctor. "I booked a phone consultation half a month ago. Today, right at the scheduled time, they called to tell me the consultation is canceled because I haven't visited the clinic in a year. My question is: Why was I allowed to book the appointment if my records showed I hadn't been there for a year? Very rude and impatient receptionists, super unprofessional especially over the phone
DO NOT GO HERE. I’d rate 0 stars if possible. The receptionists are very impatient and rude and quick to cut you off even as you’re in the middle of explaining your situation, seemingly more eager to chat with each other rather than the patients. If you’ve never had the Asian Karen experience before, come here. Otherwise steer clear from the place. The doctors are pretty good from my experience, though I’ve only had appointments with 2.
