I tried to book a bulk‑billed appointment for my daughter but was informed that they only bulk bill existing patients, not new ones! I was also told that the registration fee is approximately $400!
Dr. Kim is always amazing! 5 stars for her!! On the other hand, most of the receptionist are rude and lacks manners, will always make you feel you're an inconvenience or they dont want to be there.
Dr. Yu Zheng is my favorite GP. She is griendly, patient and truly experienced. She always take the time to listen carefully and explain things in a way that's easy to understand.
