I love my doctor, Theresa Malinowski. She is so personal and caring. She makes me feel as I am her only patient. I would not care to change doctors.
I have no idea who the front lady is, but she is definitely the worst I have ever had a conversation with. They should find someone else.
Because doctors were booked out until The second week of August, took an appointment with a PA. When I arrived at the Evergreen Park office, I was eventually seen 35 minuets late by a Nurse Practitioner. I later found out they have no Physician Assistants in the practice even though the person booking appointments on the phone thinks they do. Very professional, kind, caring understanding. This team is the best I've ever been to. They gladly follow up with every condition you have and not only manage your health concerns but also work toward preventing any upcoming medical issues which also include a mental health check. Great doctor, friendly nurses, Tammy is amazing. Calling in to talk to someone in the office is rather difficult.
