Fast, simple, and the staff were accommodating.
I love my doctor, Theresa Malinowski. She is so personal and caring. She makes me feel as I am her only patient. I would not care to change doctors.
I have no idea who the front lady is, but she is definitely the worst I have ever had a conversation with. They should find someone else.
Because doctors were booked out until The second week of August, took an appointment with a PA. When I arrived at the Evergreen Park office, I was eventually seen 35 minuets late by a Nurse Practitioner. I later found out they have no Physician Assistants in the practice even though the person booking appointments on the phone thinks they do.
