I was there not as a patient but a companion to a patient and let me tell you the lady with the dark short hair who works in the front office needs to have a course in good manners. I have not seen anything like this ever before she was so rude I couldn’t believe her way of talking to people! A big adjustment of attitude is needed there.
So I’ve debated leaving a review for a while. I received phenomenal care from my actual doctor while I was using this facility, there’s no doubt about that. However, there is a medical assistant there who is quite frankly very racist and it made me feel very uncomfortable continuing care there. My primary care provider Dr. Lentzou is amazing. She truly cares about her patients and always takes the time to look for the underlying issue instead of just treating the symptoms.Once she finds a problem, she addresses it right away.The staff is also great and very professional. Kim is away helpful with scheduling appointments and quick to return my calls. I’m very happy with care I receive here!
I have been going to Healthonomic for years. The staff is so welcome and efficient!!! It’s wonder that Kim and staff know you by name. Dr. Lentzou is a wonderful !!Dr.is always caring and wanting to get to the root of any issue you to come to her for. I definitely recommend Healthonomic Primary Care!!
