I have a very bad experience here. Poor timing and a lot of waiting.
The first few visits were great. It really depends on who the doctor is. Today visit, in and out (registered, met the doc, and reimbursed the medicine) only took 3 mins. Almost the same time to get a cup of coffee from tim hortons. Regardless, it will be my last visit to this clinic.
Staff is knowledgeable, polite and always willing to help.
i just wanna say to the lady who was manning the pharmacy all alone on sunday nov. 30th, you did amazingly well! she needs a raise after today, even during what looked to be a busy rush her customer service was top tier and efficient. please thank her again.
