They have a sign indicating that they can write prescription but preferred to send me to their doctor! My experience is that a doctor determines the diagnosis and the pharmacist is the best one to recommend the medication! Why then they are worried to take charge!
I have a very bad experience here. Poor timing and a lot of waiting.
The first few visits were great. It really depends on who the doctor is. Today visit, in and out (registered, met the doc, and reimbursed the medicine) only took 3 mins. Almost the same time to get a cup of coffee from tim hortons. Regardless, it will be my last visit to this clinic.
Staff is knowledgeable, polite and always willing to help.
