Crappy service. I came in to their walk in and was told 30 minutes for bloodwork. After waiting for 1 hr I checked in with the front desk and was told they didn’t receive my email with the requisition. The receptionist should have checked that when I initially checked in. She kept telling me that got a lot of emails like that should have explained why she missed it.
The physiotherapists and massage therapists at this place are amazing! Especially Ginalyn and Tatiana, always very professional and friendly, they are keeping me on my feet - I would definitely recommend going to them!
Doctor Nadia, Aurora and front desk Leala are very supportive, professional and super easy to talk to. Highly recommended!!!!! I have introduced to my friends.
