Everyone was great from the front desk to the technicians.
They are consistently caring while at the same time... Efficient! I highly recommend them.
First, I get a voicemail from this office meant for someone else. Then I try and call them back so they can reach the actual patient and no one answers. I finally get a hold of the front desk person only to be rudely answered and immediately put on hold to never be answered again. Based on other reviews, seems like this front desk lady has been rude and condescending to many yet is still employed there. The one in Aurora was closed a half an hour before they closed officially. When they let me in, they took my paperwork and said they couldn’t help me. It’s easier to mail it in. The one in Centennial is better but farther away for people who live in Aurora.
