My mental health issues only got progressively worse in the short time I went here. I stopped going and just cut my losses and decided to try traditional therapy instead of just being thrusted into medication. Each time I changed my medication I became suicidal immediately. What a shame this place is. My daughter told us that she was going to be let out on Monday, but today the facility called and said that my daughter stayed in her room all day, and for that reason they’re prolonging her stay. Last time I talked to her, my daughter said she wasn’t feeling well and has a cold, and that’s why she was in her room all day. She also said the rooms there are very cold. Don’t let the reviews scare you as parents. Just do your part and follow thru with the steps. They were all actually very good to our daughter who was there involuntarily, and we had no issues showing them our network plans and that we were fully capable of taking care of the situation. We discharged after the 72 hour hold without issue. Just wanted to write the review for parents who care about their children as we were panicked and scared after reading the bad reviews. I was admitted late at night. I was not told about how anything worked or rules or where everything was. I had a horrible headache and waited 6 hrs for a Tylenol, it was cold, the pillow was flat and with a neck injury made pain worse, the food was terrible. I kept being served food I can't eat. (Milk) The doctor released me and told me to call my husband to pick me up.
