I arrived and was greeted very poorly by one of the receptionists who got defensive and wasn't very friendly at all after my appointment was completed I asked to speak to the dr in regards to an urgent matter and I was dismissed by the same receptionist, this behaviour needs to stop it costs nothing to be kind the dr was fantastic its the receptionist who spoilt the experience.
I have been a patient of rosny healthology for over 12 years. Today I have decided to leave and find a new dr the reception staff (blonde young lady) very very rude and nasty. They stuff my appointments around, don’t give me correct information. Speak to me very rude I don’t appreciate that at all. Great dr service but the reception lady is a bully and not professional they way they speak to me as a patient.
I’m disappointed to be leaving this review, particularly as I had been given such a glowing recommendation for the practice by a friend and was hoping to become a new patient. Unfortunately, my experience began with my initial phone call to reception, and I was left feeling quite taken aback by the lack of warmth, professionalism and basic courtesy shown by the receptionist who answered my call.
