Friendly and attentive
I love visiting this clinic (De Zevala location), the staff are always super friendly and helpful, especially Jackie who helped me straighten out some billing problems when switching to a new provider. Months worth of stress, handled in 2 call backs. Love this clinic. Oh, not to mention... Great that they specialize in dermatology, Helped with identifying a skin condition that I was unintentionally exasperatting.
Came here for my aviation First Class medical. The receptionists were really efficient. Dr Reyes was super professional with his processes. His prices are very reasonable compared to others too. I’d definitely recommend Healthnet Medical Clinic to all my peers and students
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Scheduling is easy as well. I know that anyone you get in with & see is good. I think I've seen two different people who are good. I have family members who also come to this office & go to people I haven't met & they say they're great too. They will help find a solution to any questions you have. When calling the office everyone I've spoken to sounds nice & doesn't sound mean like other offices.
