I don’t know if it’s all locations but they are so unprofessional. They told me they would contact me since August to schedule an appointment, I waited I never got anything so I called them in early September so I can see an OB all for them to say they are not taking any more appointments till early October. So I said no problem I’ll call early October, I called again on the 6th and they are saying they are not taking appointments at all. Like what is it?? Solved all issues I've had quickly and the two women I spoke with on the phone this afternoon were extremely helpful with getting an appointment scheduled after my old doctor moved away
The Provider is up charging Medicaid patients wanting to see them every 30 days for a Anti Depression medication they been on well over 5 years. The front staff was talking about they did not have the funds to keep the doors open with only 5 patients a week this past fall. Now the only provider will not prescribe anti Depression medication if you are not seen every 30 days saying it's policy which is bullshit he is just getting that check from Medicaid.
