Shanty and Ruth are both amazing individuals, they welcomed me with open arms, They are professional, and very informative, I look forward weekly to my aquafit classes.

If I could i would give 10 stars. Best in the world. My trainer is best, excellent, professional and very accommodating. She is the most people person ever. She's a tough trader but In a good way. I couldn't move my shoulder and now I can move it above my head. Shanay is wonderful. Healthmax is wonderful
