*** actually loved and enjoyed the use of my unit for a few years. My issue is with a more recently purchased Wi-Fi addition that makes the unit work wirelessly. I purchased 3 pieces about 4 months ago. 2 are now not working. I called the company to help me troubleshoot and was told they have no solution and they only had a 3 month warranty. Bought a TENS unit from this company in November 2021. Failed in Aug 2022 and has a 2 year warranty. Have tried using the chat function on their website, twice, to contact them. Have emailed them. Have called, twice, but no one answers. Have posted on their ******** page, and sent them a private message through their ******** page. NO RESPONSE! Can't get a hole of anyone!!! Stay AWAY from this company!!!

The Healthmate International (HeathmateForever) product guarantee/warranty is useless/ meaningless. My unit had a lifetime guarantee. I spoke to them about an issue I was having with my unit. They said send it in. I sent my unit in and never heard back from them. Then I called and was told that my "unit is worn out" and you need to buy a new one. What? A lifetime guarantee means it will NOT wear out or it will be replaced/repaired. When you try to get something fixed, they quit communicating with you. Now I can get my origin... read more

I bought a tens unit 4 years ago for $79.99. it stopped working in less than a year, even though it has a lifetime warranty. After a slow and painful back and forth a "new" refurbished unit was sent out. That unit recently broke through normal usage. Now they are telling me I need to pay to ship it back AND include a check for $19.95 so they can send me a replacement. I ordered two tens units for Christmas, they must have sent one incorrect unit which both stopped working 2/3 months later. When trying to exchange both units, I was told they would not resend the unit they sent incorrectly. This is even I spent 50 extra dollars purchasing pads to match the “incorrect” unit. Now I have all of these pads that can’t be used and no tens unit. I plan on filing a claim with PayPal.

HEALTHMATE REFUSED TO CREDIT ME FOR TWO TENS UNITS THAT I RETURNED TO THEM. THEY SENT ME THREE TENS UNITS....I ONLY ORDERED ONE ... RETURNED TWO AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME CREDIT FOR THE TWO RETURNEF
