Excellent experience using and ordering tablets through the website in the last 2 years. Also, Kevin has been very helpful in giving me advice when I needed it the most. I respect Kevin and HealthMasters very much and from my experience is highly recommended.
First 4 orders perfect. Then an error due to not updating their website I receive a different product to the one requested and confirmed via the confirmation email. “Receptions” response after a cursory acknowledgement “send it back” … but No acknowledgment of error, offer to carry cost of return, token credit nada. Assume this is down to the person at the desk but unfortunately it dented my respect for the brand. Systems are great but they need better customer service to address anomalies.
