This review is for 2 people... Michael the pharmacist and aracelys the pharmacist assistant... michael is by far the best pharmacists i have ever dealt with in 50 years. Honestly not sure how this place is in business. The customer service is really bad, the lack of communication with the customers and within the business is terrible. Out of 6 months prescription of nutritional shakes that my pediatrician sent in, we had issues every single time except the first delivery. The first time I received a text saying the driver was on the way so we received the package with no issues. Second, wrong name so my leasing office didn’t know where the package went, third time wrong address, no heads up ... read more

I can't say enough good things about him. If anybody's looking for a great pharmacy to go to Do yourself and your family a huge favor and go to graeber's on west main street in meriden connecticut. This review is for Chris and Aracelys. Chris is a rotating pharmacist. This is, I believe the first time i've had the pleasure of dealing with him. He was so kind.. And helpful and personable. He made it a joy to go there. His knowledge is incredible. What I like about chris is that he really cares no faking it there.Alot of pharmacist at different locations, answer questions.
