Tom is very thorough and knows his stuff. In an ever-changing area such as health insurance it really helps to have somebody to be able to talk through this with versus trying to pick and choose coverage yourself.
Their agent gave me incorrect information about my plan & what's covered. I asked him to look into questions I had to double check what he was saying & email what he found out incase something happened. I worked in medical insurance previously so I questioned him & his information ended up being wrong costing me more money. He never emailed me or put in writing what he was saying cause he knew it was wrong & he lied to me anyways. Terrible company & worst customer service
