Morgan helped me quickly and easily set up health insurance for both me and my husband. We had completely different needs, timelines, and situations plus it was my first time dealing with certain types of insurance and scenarios, but with Morgan's expertise and his patience, I was able to make decisions and enroll with confidence! He went above and beyond to help me fill out the application, answer questions on a weekend, and ensure I met a tight enrollment deadline.
The website said stop in, so I did. I was was expecting to just leave my info and discuss plans at a later date. But Morgan stopped what he was doing and we went over plans right then. He also emailed me when he submitted my info to a new provider. I chose Morgan because he got good reviews and thought I should add another. Great experience.
