Mercy is wonderful to work with. She noticed I was not familiar with the ins and outs of Medicare. She is extremely patient. Mercy walked me through options and found plans that fit my needs. If you need Medicare coverage, Mercy is the person you want helping you. When I left her office, I forgot some paperwork, she called me to see if I was home and delivered the paperwork to me. Call her, you will be extremely pleased with her services.
