JD Soloaga is the best insurance broker we have ever had. He always finds us the best Medical Insurance plans to benefit us the most. JD and whole staff are so professional, friendly and just down to earth good honest professionals. They always reply back to you almost immediately with any questions or concerns!! I would highly recommend using him!! So does my husband!! That is a Veteran. And JD finds the best medical insurance or Medicare plans available for you even if you have VA benefits too. He is just the very Best!!

Years ago JD and his staff were responsive and helpful. Over the years it seems they've taken on way too many clients and don't have (or don't make) time to return calls or emails. We tried cancelling a policy back in November, and they didn't get around to it until February, causing us to fork out $840 for a month of insurance we weren't planning on paying for. I verbally confirmed with him twice they'd get us a refund for January, and they never did. Customer service is important, as is your word.
