Signed up in April for benefits to start in May, since that time nothing has been covered or approved by insurance. Every prior auth for coverage has been a nightmare. We upgraded to quote "get better coverage" and they have covered nothing! Feel like we were sold garbage! And we looked up all of the essential meds!
