In my business as a Chiropractor in the Lexington/Gilbert Area, I often have patients that need help navigating the insurance minefield. Recently I had a special needs patient that Mr. Howle took great care of and guided her to a plan that suited her needs. He took his time with her and made her feel welcome, comfortable, and appreciated. I could not have asked for more of a professional and caring experience for my patient. HealthMarkets in Lexington is the only place I send my patients for their insurance needs.
We met with Jeff today to discuss health insurance plans. Initially, we tried to figure out the best Marketplace plan on our own. Overwhelmed by the options, we sought the advice of Jeff. Which proved to be such a blessing! He simplified the process for us and helped us choose an affordable plan!
Amazing service! Jeff steared us to an Aetna Medicare policy with no monthly cost, all the docs we already had, free gym, some dental and many other benefits. When we call Aetna with a question, we've gotten an actual person very quickly. Now the rubber meets the road. My husband was in the hospital for over 60 days getting chemo for leukemia.
