My wife and I recently created a policy for life insurance using Dan Zangari’s expertise. Dan went out of his way and came to my home to explain all the ins and outs (at my request). Dan Zangari who works for you all is very unprofessional and shouldn't have a license he has been disrepectful and lied from the begin i asked for a refund on.sept 30 and he been giving the run around still am.today to where i had to file a fraud complaint with usaa they are a scam and he has not been honest and been very rude and has Lied mulitple times on my refund. Which i will now be taking civil and criminal matter against him .
