This facility is on the top floor of the building and the environment has fantastic panoramic views with windows on two sides. My second time I’ve used their services and this facility and their staff are extremely pleasant. Augustine, Daniel and Kiara explained the exercises and I was able to develop to take car of my problems. Scheduling was easy to do.
I highly recommend Healthlink Physical Therapy-Stone Oak staff! I was provided with high-quality healthcare, which educated me on specific exercise strategies to achieve my goals. The staff is very knowledgeable about their profession and provides compassionate care through active listening. I want to give a shout out to Shalena, Kiara, Daniel, Augustine, Serenity and Tamra for providing me with a very positive healthcare experience. You all are a great TEAM!
The entire staff are top shelf at this PT facility. Shalena, Daniel, and the other PT’s were awesome to work with. They were very attentive to my needs and made sure to challenge me routinely. They explained everything in plain English. Their PT aids and their PT students were awesome as well. Their PT students (especially the last one I worked with, Kira) were always very attentive and showed genuine concern and interest in my progress. I will have no problem recommending family and friends to this PT facility.
Had such a wonderful experience with HealthLink at StoneOak!! My physical therapist, Cindy, is such a knowledgeable professional, but also very kind and approachable, which is incredibly important when you yourself are feeling vulnerable and needing help. I felt much better following her advice and after sessions! I only wish I had done it sooner! And of course, the front desk and billing staff were great as well!!
I would give zero stars for the doctor and five for the front office. The doctor is by far the worst doctor. I was going to try to give her a shot but after my third appointment, no way could I go back. It was excruciating. I don't want to make this long, We basically didn't do any exercises the third appointment. She spent about 10 minutes of each appointment complaining about how she's so booked, but mostly about the new system, which continued throughout my appointment.
