I don't go anywhere else. I have multiple illnesses n have needed different therapies, from Pulmonary Rehab to Physical Therapy. All therapist are very knowledgeable and/or will take time, to get on line, to research (since my lung disease is very rare). I truly appreciate and respect their efforts. They make me feel heard and seen. That makes a difference, in recovery. They help me achieve the best quality of life possible!
I had 2 sessions and was looking forward to completing all 8. However the front desk could not get the billing correct. The first visit I was under charged and on my way out was informed that we needed to refund and recharge my account a higher amount. The second time I was charged one amount and then was called at home and told that I was under charged and that there was going to be a balance. I did tell her I could not afford the new amount per session, however the fact that she could not get my fee correct does not instil... read more
Every therapist at this location is very thorough and helpful with their therapy technique. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing therapy. I have returned three times after three different surgeries, And, I will return again if needed. Also, the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Finished 6 weeks of therapy, even though I'm still not 100%, I'm getting there. This is a great group of Ladies working here. Very knowledgeable, you have to want to push yourself. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, if you want a good place on the Southside for therapy this is it.
Everyone was so friendly at Healthlink. I want to thank Sabrina, Sophia and especially Isabel. They were respectful to everyone visiting there. Although I had to cut my treatments early, they taught me some very good exercises that I can do at home. Thank you ladies Great job
