This is an AMAZING facility! I have had both knees replaced and have required the services of Ms Annette Thomas, Physical Therapist, to enhance the recovery process. Ms Thomas is exceptional in providing necessary skills which enhance the recovery process from total knee replacement surgery. It really does depend upon the Physical Therapist plus the ancillary staff in order to facilitate a genuine recovery experience. I am writing this review of the Camp Bullis location. in the past 2 years, I have suffered (yes, really suffered) with lumbar spine problems due to surgeries that were not properly executed. The pain is 24/7 and disrupts so many aspects of my life. On top of that I have , for the past four years, suffered with a very unique issue in my pelvic floor. My mom has seen Amy several times over a few years for dizziness due to ear crystals out of alignment. In 2020 she was back again for the same problem. Quickly Amy could see the problem was not getting better. I watched as she moved my mom's head and looked closely at her eyes. She thought something more could be going on and referred her to a specialist for further testing. It turned out she had a brain tumor. I was experiencing a lack of range of motion in my right shoulder when I started my therapy sessions. The staff at Baptist Healthlink were totally awesome! A bid shout out to Freddie and Sabrina for getting my shoulder back in shape. They were always professional and showed a genuine interest and care in helping my shoulder get better.
