The PT front desk ladies do not provide timely communication. The showers are not cleaned, and overall a very poor experience.

My wife went to initial evaluation exam for vertigo and was told they would ask the insurance for 6 visits. Therapist said it could take a week or two to get approval & schedule 1st visit but that I could call insurance in 2 days to check on approval. I called insurance and the request from Baptist had not yet been submitted. I sent email to Baptist informing them of this. My wife called Baptist and left message.
