I've been coming to this gym (Baptist Healthlink,Bitters location) for at least 12 years. But the facility is getting worse. I used shower room daily. Their female cleaning lady is no longer there. In the last 4 months, there was no one clean the shower rooms or floors. Occasionally the front desk personnel would come in to mop the wet floor. This place and their PT's have helped me get over injuries I've had for many years. I highly recommend this place. It's clean, the PT's and assistants are very knowledgeable, and personable. I've been to other physical therapy places and this one is my fave. Nichole, John and Brian are the bomb!
I was referred to this practice by my chiropractor. My first experience was lovely! I saw a great PT who was very kind, communicative and helpful. She told me she needed to get prior authorization from my health insurance which could take up to two weeks and gave me her card to call directly if needed. I lost the card unfortunately. 5 plus. All staff at Healthlink Bitters are professional, helpful and welcoming. Brian Ehler, PT, followed the care plan, explained everything each session, was patient, kind, and knowledgeble. I completed the goals in less time than predicted. Everyone, patients and peers, like Brien and he always lends a hand when asked. His peers respect his opinion and seek him out for advice. The PT front desk ladies do not provide timely communication. The showers are not cleaned, and overall a very poor experience.
