After Aortic valve replacement on 11/20, cardiac rehab was recommended. I started in January of 2026, and after 25 sessions, I met my goals and was discharged. I highly recommend this facility at North Central Baptist. The entire staff is awesome and very friendly, helpful, and always encouraging you to complete the workout. I went three times a week and looked forward to going each time. The staff is to be commended for their cheerful attitude, and how they work so well together. If I could give them TEN STARS, I would.
