I never knew what a Health Advocate was until my 44 year old brother sustained a traumatic brain injury last year which sent him into a coma and subsequently a long and very complicated recovery. Lorie was indispensable in my mother’s recovery from cancer. She attended doctor’s appointments and helped us to understand all of my mom’s options and how to seek them out. With Lorie’s extensive experience as a nurse as well as her knowledge of how to navigate the system of hospital care, we were in the best possible hands.
