Satisfying experience , i visisted there first time and my experience was great , all staff was very nice in talks , i felt very comfortable while consulting with doctor as well.
There is very nice nurse her name is komal and doctor kartik they are brilliant listens to patients .
Today I visited this clinic and found the doctors to be very kind and professional. Dr. Taniya and Dr. Kumar were both patient, respectful, and helpful, and I truly appreciate their care. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff Mandeep was disappointing and unprofessional. Rude rude RUDEEE front staff lady, I accidentally had the wrong office and instead of explaining nicely she just hung up on me.. no bye.. no have a good day.. no common courtesy. It’s 2:40 pm so whoever is working there they need to get it together, thanks.
