I am so very very happy to have found Dr Kats! He is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and takes his time and explains issues well.
This is strictly for the dental area. They suck!! They don't answer the phone and they are never making appointments for new patients. They might as well close it cause it's pointless. I've tried with them for 2yrs now and everytime something goes wrong
Would not recommend, especially if you know what treatment you need. They will find ways to bill you for irrelevant treatment… why do I need a papsmear and bloodwork for medication fill request?
I am absolutely outraged at our visit today. I made a last minute appt for my daughter because she has had a cough that I wanted her to get tested for asthma. She also has been having hives for the last 2 weeks. Mind you we were just there two days ago and everything was fine. Today as we walked in with my daughter (she was coughing because that’s what we went for) we were asked if she had a cough, and we said of course.
