I started therapy over a month ago and I have seen and felt the biggest difference. Karen is amazing and she can pinpoint the smallest spot that needs work. She is also great at giving exercises that I can incorporate into my everyday routine. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much Davy for helping me release tightness and pain with my frozen shoulders. The pain was also affecting my mental health negatively. From having regular sessions with Davy and steroid injections I now have full movement back! My mental health has improved significantly too! Thank you Davy for all your help. xxx
Since my dad, who is in his 80's, has been receiving physio session with HealthJoy, his mobility, stance and confidence has improved. The staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. HealthJoy are extremely patient and their customer service is second to none. Highly recommended.
