I was very excited at the possibility for virtual office visits. I scheduled 2 appointments, 1 for a skin rash and the 2nd for stomach irritability. Both times I was told I needed to go to the ER or urgent care, neither was serious enough to warrant such an extreme visit. As a result I asked to cancel my account and was sent an emailing confirming my request had been processed. Since then they have hit my account THREE times. Upon my calling, was told the charges were reversed, but that was never the case.
