I had the pleasure of visiting the obstacle course that Mike owns in the Williamsburg area. He did a great job working with the group there to train us on safely running the course. I have had friends that Healthier U has coached through their dietary choices and I have seen them loose over 50 lbs and keep it off. Happy to see this non-profit taking off in our area. No diet fads or pushing of packaged meals, just solid coaching and training by someone passionate about helping others live healthy lives.
Mike is a great health and lifestyle coach. He is a certified personal trainer and works with people on their fitness goals each week. He has formed a great non-profit called Healthier U Inc to help educate local families about exercising and eating better. I highly recommend him! Check out his website for more.
