If I can vote 0 stars I would! I use to be an employee. The work environment was VERY TOXIC. She has an extremely high turnover rate for a reason. Every couple months you will see brand new employees. She is not only rude and ignorant to her staff but patients as well. She belittles anyone she believes is inferior to her. I don't know where to start with this woman. I came in doing my job bringing her company out of months of back logs and undone paperwork the first two weeks I work there. I was disrespected by her front office lady cherise constantly and she never did anything about it. I was disrespected by her called a liar and more things all because she wanted to get rid of other girls because of jealousy in the work place. She by far was the worst Doctor I have ever worked for. Her office is unorganized. She is unprofessional and rude.
Dr. Rita was extremely rude, uncaring, and know it all without knowing anything about my situation. I would never spend money there. She should show a little more concern especially asking people to spend about $2,000.
