I have learned so much from Sarah over the past few months since working with her. I am no longer experiencing the problems I suffered with for years. She is a wealth of knowledge, and has provided me with top notch solutions. I have a new outlook on my health because of the plan she created for me. I have only met with Sara once so far and it has changed the way I look at my health! Just by changing one or two things has dramatically changed my life. I still have alot of work to do. I have recently, and luckily engaged with Sara Huftalen to diagnose and prescribe a health regimen for me to deal with my concerning health issues.
