It’s genuinely sad the scam they’re running. I purchased their services for my father while he recovers in the ICU. Immediately there was issues and connection errors and nothing was hooked up. We submitted a service request and were led to believe it would be dealt with soon, however after speaking to 3 representatives we were told they actually can’t confirm a timeline and it could take days for the connection issue to be resolved. Paid for 30days and there was only one channel to view. The channel change arrows won't work, nor does typing in the channel number. I called, friday evening. Got a ticket number, but no one works weekends, was told technician would come monday. Monday came and went, called and was told I should have never been told a technician would come on Monday. The tv is at whitby rehab hospital and service will be fixed when enough calls for the Durham area are needed... then it will be fixed! So in the meantime, no tv, and no credit ... read more

I hope someone at HealthHub Solutions reads this, because what they are doing is wrong. People in the hospital are often dealing with serious health issues, and to help pass the time, there’s a TV. But then you see the pricing. $80 for 5 days, or $250 for a month, which is ridiculous. The “pay for 15 days and get 15 free” for $250 is a joke. It doesn’t make it any better. Paid for 2 weeks of TV service and barely got to use it. The TV was down for 2 days, then after being moved to another room was told there has been a hospital-wide outage for 4 days, even though other rooms clearly have working TVs. Complete waste of money and very poor customer service. No real help or accountability. Sucks that this company is the only option available.
