I have a long hospital stay so I rented the tv and when I turned it on, I had no volume so I called May 9th and agent I spoke to submitted a ticket for me. No one was showing up and after I made numerous phone calls, a technician finally showed up on May 28th. Horrible service. Tv never worked half the time
Way overpriced !!!!
It’s genuinely sad the scam they’re running. I purchased their services for my father while he recovers in the ICU. Immediately there was issues and connection errors and nothing was hooked up. We submitted a service request and were led to believe it would be dealt with soon, however after speaking to 3 representatives we were told they actually can’t confirm a timeline and it could take days for the connection issue to be resolved.
