We are in a room at Royal Jubilee Hospital (4 North) and the TV is not working. We filed a ticket with HealthHub and there has been no progress in almost a week. We have called repeated times to check and there is no update. Would not recommend!!
everything was good but the price and channels. they should at least put a few movie channels on there
My mother in law called a couple times for assistance and got zero response. I was able to get the service set up for my father in law online but the prices are absolutely outrageous. $200 for 30 days of TV? And it's 15 days get 15 free? So do you normally charge $200 for just 15 days? Kick people while they are down why don't you?.
Not only is this service a very high price @ $94.00 a week, the quality is very poor. After the second day of not getting the TV to work , and on the phone you could only hear echoing. They do not want to refund our money. If you are in the hospital, it is because you are probably sick, not because you are a computer wiz. I highly recommend not using this service. I do not know how they are even aloud in the hospital !!
Update March 18. I did reach out as below and sent an email however no reply. Original post March 15. TV doesn’t work - Tech Support called but no timeline - patient is required to notify the company when the service is available to get any refund. I’ve used this service before, it’s expensive but you have no choice. This time the service won’t start and I called tech support. No update after 24 hrs and after another call to support I’m told that once service starts I need to call them to adjust the billing for lost time. So... read more
