The WORST customer service I ever experienced. Wow ... Especially when it comes to ILL patients at the hospital. The power went out at the hospital. A technician was supposed to come , fix the TV in the hospital room and they never showed up. No calls ... I called the company and spoke to a lady , which told me the refund has been sent a long time ago and she was really rude. RUDE !!! I also left two messages after that ...oh yeah , they don't call you back at all. The refund was sent in a month and a half LATER ! PATHETIC !
I have a long hospital stay so I rented the tv and when I turned it on, I had no volume so I called May 9th and agent I spoke to submitted a ticket for me. No one was showing up and after I made numerous phone calls, a technician finally showed up on May 28th. I was still owed extra days so I called to get those days back but when I turned on my tv, I found the technician had disabled it. All the agent could do for me was issue another ticket. Horrible service. Tv never worked half the time
Way overpriced !!!!
It’s genuinely sad the scam they’re running. I purchased their services for my father while he recovers in the ICU. Immediately there was issues and connection errors and nothing was hooked up. We submitted a service request and were led to believe it would be dealt with soon, however after speaking to 3 representatives we were told they actually can’t confirm a timeline and it could take days for the connection issue to be resolved.
