I activated TV service for my mom. The channels wouldn't work so I submitted a ticket. I never did hear anything back from the company, though the TV did start working later. So, I paid almost $18 (talk about gouging and taking advantage of people in a vulnerable situation), for a partial day of TV. The TV itself was small, every channel fuzzy, and the screen kept pixelating. There was also not as many channels as advertised. Horrible company making money off of people who often have limited other options.

I renewed my TV service on Nov. 29/24 @ the General hospital in Regina. I called several times because the TV was not working and it was finally determined someone would have to physically go out and check the TV. My husband was discharged from the hospital a week later and still no TV or anyone to look at it. It is expensive to start with and then no technical support when you need it. I would suggest don't offer the service if you can't fix the problem on these ancient TV's.
