Paid for 2 weeks of TV service and barely got to use it. The TV was down for 2 days, then after being moved to another room was told there has been a hospital-wide outage for 4 days, even though other rooms clearly have working TVs. Complete waste of money and very poor customer service. No real help or accountability. Sucks that this company is the only option available.
This service was a life saver for my husband during an extended stay in the hospital. He was able to access most of the services we have at home providing comfort and choice.
I have put in 2 request for my mom in Verdun General Hospital and have not had responses its been since Monday that i sent the first request!!! Email and phone number sent
When the services working they are fine no issues, once they stop working due to any technical issue, there technical support sucks , we subscribe for a month before last week tv stopped working and 5th day today still waiting for someone to attend
