My cat’s rabies antibody test sample was sent on August 29 and has been stuck at US customs since September 3. I understand there may be policy updates causing delays, but I would like to kindly ask: could HealthGene please confirm if all the required documents for this shipment have been submitted? Though I was initially hesitant to use them after reading these reviews, my experience with Healthgene was great. They were very prompt with email communication & results for my Ragdoll’s HCM and PKD diseases came back within 3 days even though the window was 10 business days. (Though I personally picked up the test and dropped off the sample in the interest of time) Perhaps past administrations were incompetent but I found the present one to be excellent.
