I had a great experience with HealthGene Corporation. They were very responsive, professional, and fast in handling my request. Any corrections needed were addressed quickly and clearly, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommended!
Not the best at communicating lab results. Very slow. The lady or receptionist that answers the phone is never very helpful! Love the lab and think the lab is great, just wish there was a different receptionist or admin person who is more organized and can communicate better.
I have used this laboratory regularly for DNA testing. Always happy with how quickly results are ready for new owners.
My cat’s rabies antibody test sample was sent on August 29 and has been stuck at US customs since September 3. I understand there may be policy updates causing delays, but I would like to kindly ask: could HealthGene please confirm if all the required documents for this shipment have been submitted?
