Although the product seems good which is why we contracted with them, the Implementation Department is very bad. I filed a complaint with a Director and it was not acknowledged. We are told very little except to go watch the self directed videos & questions emailed are not responded too. They want to answer questions during sessions and not in writing. Very poor implementation and we hope we don't regret choosing them.

We were made to believe by the practice that ****, a third party consultant, was not involved with the Implementation process. Since this review, we have reached out to **** and the provider practice to discuss each roles responsibilities and expectations.
