I have been attending this medical centre for years and have always had a good experience. Dr Bright is extremely helpful, takes the time to m listen and is an excellent GP. Reception staff are always lovely. My experience with getting vaccinations by nurse have always been very positive

Look I liked it here- for the first visit, but for the second I booked an appointment to get a dressing over 12+ stitches on my foot changed, as I'd only had the surgery just over a week ago, as advised by dr pascal. He puts on gloves, he pulls the dressing half off, looks at the stitches and takes his gloves off, leaving the half off dressing and tells me I have to see a nurse to change it - who'd just happened to have finished working and told me to book to get it changed Monday. Very unpleasant experience. Please don’t come here there are better places to go. Only went here because the cheap pharmacy next door. Will expand later.

I watched the blonde haired receptionist be super rude recently , the lady to start with seemed to have issues with what the person was trying to ask for , so they transferred them to the blonde haired receptionist that said that she has to deal with clients thats hard to understand etc that was off topic and unprofesional and uncalled for , then she proceded to call the manager and run the person down to the mannager infront of other clients in the reception that was not professional of the staff , when they had the chance ... read more

I would like to provide feedback about my children’s flu vaccination appointment today. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, my children became increasingly anxious about the vaccination. When we entered the room, the nurse/doctor did not greet us or introduce herself.
