I had a great experience with Dr Pascal. He is very professional, kind and genuinely takes the time to listen to your concerns. He explains everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable and heard throughout the consultation. I really appreciate his caring approach and the time he takes to understand his patients rather than making the appointment feel rushed. Highly recommend Dr Pascal to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate
The front desk staff who answered the phone was so rude. I went to see Dr.Pascal day before and forgot to get a medical certificate. He gave me medications for 5 days. I called the practice and ask if I can get a medical certificate and explained my reasons. The lady wanted me to visit the doctor again and to book an appointment. Didn’t want to listen to me or showed any effort to assist me as I was not asking for a random medical certificate it was because I forgot on the day to ask for it as I was very sick.
