Dealing with chronic low back pain and hip. I started my sessions with Diane going through the Postural Reconstruction Physiotherapy. I had a left lean that was impacting more than just my back and restricting movement. The therapy lead to releasing restrictions in my ankle, knee and hip. I greatly straightened my posture that has greatly reduced the pain I was in. I highly recommend Diane and the Postural Reconstruction Physiotherapy.
Fiona is awesome! I went in for some lower back issues, she really dove in and got it handled, and gave me some strategies to help those things moving forward!
