THIS GYM IS MORE THAN A PLACE. IT’S MY ESCAPE, MY THERAPY, MY SECOND HOME. AND I LOVE IT FOR THAT AND SO MUCH MORE! HEALTHFIT is so much more than a gym. It is a small but mighty facility where you will find knowledgeable, experienced and caring staff. This outstanding Staff is friendly and ready to assist you in all areas of fitness, chiropractic needs facia release, yoga and make accommodations too your workout to meet your specific needs.. I’ve always had a great experience at Health Fit. Dr. Joe is knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful—especially when I’m dealing with lower back pain. I highly recommend them for all your health and wellness needs. They truly take the time to help you improve and feel better. Cheryl at the front desk is wonderful, and the trainer, Sebastian, is fantastic as well!
Great Place to exercise! Sebastian does a great job of encouraging and keeping you going! Also not to forget Joe is a tremendous Chiropractor that has helped me with my pain after an accident.
