Canceled me as a patient after he forgot to renew my prescription before his three week trip to India. Went without sleep meds and the office did not care or did he!
The practice is well organized and well managed. The support staff are courteous, friendly and quick to respond to questions. The clinical staff are superb. They express genuine concern listening carefully to clarify concerns and address questions in easy to understand terms. I highly recommend Dr's Dayani, Muthappa and their team.
Unbelievably terrible service from the office staff. I had an 8 o’clock phone appointment That I had scheduled two weeks in. I never received a call so I called in at 8:30 To check the status. I was put on hold several times and was hung up on and then finally was told my appointment was canceled and they no longer took my insurance.. The day before the appointment they sent me a confirmation text, but didn’t have the decency to tell me that they were going to cancel the appointment and that they no longer took my insurance.... read more
