Since my donto it has been almost impossible to get an appointment. This clinic wasn't my first choice, but it is where he was sending his patients. In addition to not having appointments available for Rx refills they also don't return calls promptly and when they do it is just before closing so that if you need to call them back it has to wait another day. I would NOT recommend this clinic at al.
Looking for poor service with rude and unprofessional staff? Look no further... Aside from long waits and care from Nurse Practioners only...This location has young, unexperienced and dishonest employees. One particular employee by the name of Martha who works the front desk. This facility is negligent at best. I have never received such poor healthcare in my life. They have sent my anti-convulsant prescription to the wrong pharmacy for 4 months in a row. This month when I asked for a refill on my prescription I was told to get it from the neurologist. My neuro is out on medical leave and the only one in her office.
