This office has gone way downhill in the past few years. Staff at this office cannot do their job. They cannot follow simple instructions, and will then act like your time doesn't matter while lying to your face about thier own incompetence. Even when they know you have what they wrote to you, leaving no room for a "misinterpreted" excuse, they will still act like it wasn't thier fault. The dissimive and "oh well" attitude of the staff toward your time and expenses is why I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.
Years ago they had more compassion , now the doctors and staff are arrogant and the doctors who aged have rich man's God like syndrome with no caring for the common man! I recommend seeing someone else they do not care here! Also the doctors here talk down to their patients like we are illiterate, meanwhile they wouldn't last a day or an hour in a working man's world!! And the hilarious part is the doctors here are important people.in the biggest ghetto hospital around Pittsburgh ! and they feel superior to all of us .lol !!... read more
Called to cancel my appointment today and was told I canceled 3 other appointments and 1 no show????? I mean I never called them to even be a patient other than today. Something is wrong here..... wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
